Famous for Ceviche and Seafood, the rich in nutrient Humboldt Current promotes a constant and diverse variety of fish to be prepared and delicious styles. With the freshest limes of the North our ceviche is in turn the best. From the close by Jequetepeque Valley comes the best rice in Peru.



Pisco: From distilled grapes, this unique Peruvian spirits are handmade and delivered from Ica, the origin of Pisco in Southern Peru.
